AGC Pediatrics' Policies
Being led by Christ, we strive to glorify God by being faithful stewards of all He has entrusted to us, to honor God through the manner in which we meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we serve, and to incorporate Christian values at every level of service.
First and foremost, we would like to make it clear that no sick child is turned away from our office. This concerns all children that enter our doors, no exceptions. If you have no appointment and are willing to wait to be seen, you will meet with a provider.

Scheduling Appointments
To schedule a future appointment, call (706)625-5900 and dial '0' or remain on the line to be put in touch with our schedule operators. Same-day appointments are often available, and if the schedule is full you will be worked in to one of the providers' schedules.
No-show Policy
After the third no-show for a created appointment, the patient is no longer allowed to schedule appointments, and thus will have to walk in to be seen.
Patients with Outstanding Balances
Payment is due at the time of service (the day of your appointment), and failure to make payment on this day will result in a $20 billing and processing fee. After three (3) office visits, if no payment has been received, full payment of the first office visit is required upon entering.
